Well i booked online through the web with expedia and paid for it as well turns out i get there and they told me they dont do service with expedia and id have to contact them for a refund, nope expedia couldnt help or get in contact with the hotel and when i called the hotel they hang up on me

Rooms were dirty. Locks broken. Place smelled like smoke. (Cigarette and weed). No overnight staff.

Well there was a hot tub but it was on the second floor. Non-compliant water was cold most of the night. It took forever for the water to get warm. There was bugs in the room. Cleanliness was not very good and plus the fact the hotels.com does not handle their bookings. So all the money that I spent on hotels.com didn't matter and it wound up costing me $30 more than what the trip was when I booked it

Terrible coordination between management and guest, they knock my door three times for phine number issues, then had to go back to front desk to solve it when i was already sleeping

NEVER AGAIN

First off we waited outside for 45 minutes calling and ringing the bell trying to get someone to come check us in. Just to find out some others had been waiting over 2 HOURS. Then once we got a staff member we were treated as if she was doing us a favor.

I personally didn’t like that. There was very limited towels and not a comforter on top of the mattress so my husband and I slept with sheets and the TV was messed up and I would like a discount on my next stay because of the property lacking particular items..
