This hotel would not provide a cot. We were told that we did not stay long enough for the room to be cleaned up and to have fresh towels daily. In order to receive new towels I had to take the dirty ones to the desk, I explained that I have a disability that makes walking a challenge, they did not provide assistance. There appeared to be boogers? on the wall near the bed. There was mold in the sink and shower. There was food on the microwave and in the freezer. The hot plate was dirty as well. The toilet got clogged, ,my nephew went to the front desk and was told that he needed to go to the janitors closet to get the plunger and handle it his self. I have reached out to the hotel to address the concerns but they have not replied.
