This hotel would not provide a cot. We were told that we did not stay long enough for the room to be cleaned up and to have fresh towels daily. In order to receive new towels I had to take the dirty ones to the desk, I explained that I have a disability that makes walking a challenge, they did not provide assistance. There appeared to be boogers? on the wall near the bed. There was mold in the sink and shower. There was food on the microwave and in the freezer. The hot plate was dirty as well. The toilet got clogged, ,my nephew went to the front desk and was told that he needed to go to the janitors closet to get the plunger and handle it his self. I have reached out to the hotel to address the concerns but they have not replied.

The price i think is fair. The room was good. Unlike other hotel when you tell your future clients that breakfast included customers expects not just muffin and coffee alone. We expect that there are toasts and eggs at least and oatmeal. That is the reason why we book hotel with breakfast included. We also expect that theres at least water in the fridge, disposable coffee cups and coffee maker. The other room we rented has no shower supplies. My friend has to come to our room and ask for a shampoo. The sink in our room wasn't cleaned. The dirts are visible. The staff was alright. But i wouldn't book in this hotel again.

The hotel itself is nice, fast WiFi and ample parking, next to the riverside it’s easy to enjoy outdoor walking with a very nice breeze. A lack of nearby convenience store in walking range is the only downside I can think of. As a regular traveler to New York for work this hotel is my regular go to!

Came back from the city and the key card wouldn’t open my door. Had to go downstairs twice and the woman ended up giving me a new one but seemed completely annoyed, like I was bothering her, didn’t even offer an apology. Other than that everything was good. Convenient on and off the highway.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. My experience was far from the standard one would expect from a hotel of your reputation, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to prevent others from having a similar experience. Delayed Check-In: Despite my confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was unable to access my room until 5:30 PM. This delay was not communicated in advance, nor was there any form of compensation offered for the inconvenience. Lack of Breakfast Facility: The hotel advertised breakfast services that were non-existent during my stay. There were no staff available to address this issue, leaving me without an essential amenity. Inadequate Room Service: The absence of room service staff further compounded the discomfort, as there was no support available for basic needs during my stay. Cost vs. Experience: I paid $423 for a two-night stay, which I believe was grossly disproportionate to the service and facilities provided. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not justify the expense.

Very noisy from the outside traffic, not to mention that for the 3 nights we stayed there, the fire alarm went off every day (in the evening). One day it happened twice, in the morning and evening, very annoying!! It didn’t stop unless the fire truck/police came…no actual fire was there! Keep in mind that for every single issue you have, they won’t come to your room, you have to go downstairs with dirty towels to be replaced, with a light bulb to get a new one…you pay them to do your own maintenance:(( Disappointing as it says breakfast to go included, but when you go downstairs you might, luckily, find a fruit bar or a muffin to take!! We’ll never stay here agai! NOT recommended!!
