Not so happy
Upon arrival i had stated when i reserved the room that we will need a roll away. I was told by one receptionist that it's a fire hazard for that room it was handicap accessible then one other receptionist said the hotel doesn't even have them anymore. Long story short my son had to rent his own room. There were three of us myself, my dad my son. If we would have known about the amenities on your website were untrue we would have looked elsewhere only because my dad needs care. I had to call my son in the middle of the night to his room so he can help me with my dad. This was so inconvenient and costly we were not planning on having to pay for another room. Would be nice if my son was reimbursed for some of the room rental but i highly doubt it.
Another thing you have to pay $9.99 a night to park even if you rent a room this is ridiculous.
Anyway i wouldn't stay there again
