Good hotel

Good hotel. Some minor setbacks were that one blanket was missing and when I tried to call the reception about the blanket, they didn't answer (they seemed quite busy also earlier in the day). The biggest downside of our stay was that our neighbour got very loud at night (loud music and talking) which woke me up. It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe the "party guests" and others could be more apart so that the noise would not bother others?

Okay on average

The stay was generally okay. Hotel environment and breakfast area is beautiful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Main downside for me was the fact that one has to order online for room cleaning. It really didn't make sense. Moreover, the slippery floor in the pool area was very dangerous. The times we were at the pool we slipped and almost fell and saw others stumble.

Mycket att vÀlja mellan pÄ frukostbuffen och en mysig miljö. Det som var mindre bra var en lampskÀrm pÄ rummet som hade var vÀldigt ofrÀsch med en massa stora flÀckar överallt. Det var kvavt pÄ rummet och ingen möjlighet att öppna fönstret och vÀdra. Korridorerna var sÄ smala att man fick en instÀngd kÀnsla nÀr man gick dÀr. TvÄlen hade en ganska dÄlig lukt. Servicen i receptionen var bra förutom att man knappt hörde vad personalen sade pga det stora avstÄndet pÄ disken. Riktigt hög var den ocksÄ och obekvÀmt om man som gÀst inte Àr lÄng. Det fanns heller inga instruktioner om hur man ska göra för att fÄ igÄng lamporna och elen och det fick man till sist klura ut sjÀlv vilket man som gÀst inte ska behöva göra. Sen vet jag inte varför det inte fanns nÄgra plastpÄsar i papperskorgen pÄ rummet, den var ofrÀsh.
