Friendly staff. Since our standard room was not ready, we were offered a free upgrade, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was good - good variety. The indoor pool on the 21st floor, was enjoyed by our two girls.
Location wise - there are two metro stations - 10 minutes walk. We took mainly taxis, which was very affordable and convenient.
