The home was really comfortable and spacious. It had enough room for everyone and was as advertised.
The heating was a bit problematic as it was extremely hot and difficult to turn down. The office was quite responsive in trying to help.
We also had some hassles with the digital locking system
Overall, it was a comfortable and good stay for 3 nights

On October 7, 2024, the day of my check-in, as I was preparing to leave for the airport, I was informed that my reservation had been switched to a different property in Oxford. This last-minute change left me with no alternative options. Upon arrival, I discovered that the new accommodation is significantly substandard compared to what I originally booked. Specifically:
1. The property is in derelict condition and not comparable to the original booking at Jerico in Oxford.
2. The accommodation is not clean and has a pervasive smell of drain and mold.
3. None of the shower rooms are usable.
4. The Wi-Fi information provided does not work, as the network ID is non-existent.
This situation has severely impacted my stay in Oxford and does not meet the standards of the accommodation I initially reserved and paid for at Jerico. The last-minute notice of the change and the unacceptable condition of the alternative property have caused significant inconvenience and distress, especially considering this was meant to be a short 3-day stay in Oxford. The lack of functioning Wi-Fi has further complicated my stay, affecting my ability to work and communicate as needed.
