Shower water pressure low. Drainage in shower stall extremely slow, prone to flooding of toilet. Location not as convenient as advertised. Must avoid if you have considerable luggage. Surrounding neighborhood can be rough in the evening. Left luggage service not free, and wouldn’t tell customers beforehand even when asked. Would not book again. To be fair, front desk staff were courteous.

The reception is really lovely but the unfortunately the rooms massively let it down. They have clearly not been decorated in a very long time and the bathroom tiles had lots of black mould all around them. It's a shame as the location is great and the reception area is lovely and newly decorated, I hope the rooms are next for a makeover!

Place was nice, great staff. One block away from Metro station. Food and shopping close by.
Hotel breakfast was really good. Only bad thing was that, the restaurant was closed for dinner Friday Saturday and Sunday. After touring the city all we wanted was a nice dinner in the Hotel.
There was lots of options to walk to but it was too cold.
Overall, hotel was great!
