Ugg started off bumpy. Room wasn't available until after 5pm. Was promised the first floor received the third floor and there is no elevator. The room has no iron or ironing board. You have to walk to the front desk to check out an iron. They give you 40 - 60 minutes to return it. When I checked in my room, the phone didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work and the wi fi didn't work. Booking dinner is a pain. You have to go in person to reserve. The buffet is redundant meals weren't very diverse. Our last night we ate at the Octopus and i was sick for 5 days. Made the following morning awful. Check out was a mess. I called the front desk for help getting a ride to the airport. I was told there was nothing she could do. That i needed to figure it out. I booked an uber. 15 mins later the uber canceled. I booked again Canceled. After this happening 5 times i asked the bell hop if he knew why my uber kept canceling? He said No. So i texted the uber and asked why they canceled. He said they aren't allowed past the gate. More than a mile away. I then asked the bell hop.Is it true that Uber can't come in here?And the bellhop said yes it's true they can't come in here. I said, sir.How do I get to the airport?Can someone please help me get to the airport?And he said no. Eventually, we asked a visitor who spoke Spanish and english to.Please help us get a taxi to the airport. The taxi ended up charging us $50.Where his uber was less than ten dollars.
