Horrible place to stay

I showed up in order to stay one night with my family. I was told my room was not ready and due to that I was upgraded to a suite after waiting two hours I was told to come back in an hour after three hours. I was told that my room would not be ready and they had no rooms available That I needed to find another hotel. The staff is poorly professional. The housekeeping looks like they are on drugs. I had somebody tell me they were waiting eight hours for blankets to be put in their room. That place definitely is not family friendly.

No blankets, no covers, bug found in my bed. Opened toilet to FILTH. No remote. Check in at 3 but I had to sit and wait until 6pm only to checked into this disgusting hotel: I immediately requested my $$ back and refused to stay. Never going back and want my money back.

Disaster by the river

Check in is at 3pm, but there was a sign on the front lobby door, saying, we cant check in until 4pm. After checking in after 4pm, the rooms still werent cleaned and ready. Several people had to wait for there room while they cleaned it. There's no remote for the tv, and after asking for a remote, them telling me that room sevice will drop it off, never came. Another person tried to open my hotel room door because the front desk apparently double booked the same room for two different parties. Theres a $100 deposit, and you have to hold onto the receipt and turn it in to the front lobby to get your deposit back.

Do not go

We arrived to check in at 5pm on a Saturday. The entire staff, went to pick up lunch, so we had to wait for them to get back. The entire staff. One could have stayed and kept the office open. We had no towels in our room. The queen sized bed that was advertised in our room, was actually a double bed on a queen size frame. There were rings in the toilet and it was overall, not clean. Went back to the office to get towels and it was closed, again. The coffee mentioned, did not have sugar or cream. Once again, in the morning, went l check out, and the office was closed. There is no continental breakfast, office was not open. Shocking. There was no garbage bin in the room.

Raw sewage

5:00 woke up to the entire room flooded with raw sewage and all of our belongings soaked. I call office and walked to the actual lobby door twice and no one answered. I called later in the day for a refund. We will see if I get a credit. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Do not stay here

We arrived the the hotel and waited an hour and a half to check in. There were other guests there who were having trouble checking in because their rooms were not ready, another guest had trouble checking in because the room key was not working and they couldn’t get in the room the lady at at the desk said she could open it with the master key but someone would have to stay in the room till the next day to get it sorted out. Then another guests key opened multiple rooms and was going around checking other rooms to see if the key worked. We finally got into our room and sheets had stains on them . There was a chair in the room that was fabric and it was practically black from filth. The toilet was loose, the shower curtain was shrunk and didn’t cover the whole opening. The mattress on one of the beds definitely lived its life as you could feel the wires. There were people drinking and smoking all night in the parking lot and to top it off we told the lady at the front desk that there was no remote control for the TV, she said she would bring one but she never did. When we checked out no one was in the office because I wanted to make sure they didn’t charge me for the remote control. After our event I tried calling to speak to them about it and the lady at the front desk was so rude and said they were charging us for the remote. Why? I told them it wasn’t there and they want to charge $25 for a remote that was never there. What am I gonna do witha remote for the cheap tv?

Horrible place to stay!!!!

I paid for a king bed but there was no sheets on it, I pulled back the mattress cover and it looked like someone had been murdered, stains and blood all over the mattress. Fortunately there was another bed in the room so I didn’t have to sleep in it. Told the front desk and all they did was bring me sheets that she had stripped off a bed in another room and wanted me to make the bed. Room was dirty, there was no ice, there was left over food in the cabinets, dog poop was all over the grounds, you could smell it.

The room stunk like cigarettes. They charge $35 a day for a dog and there was so much dog feces along the fence in the parking area I couldn’t walk my dog there. Everything is old and filthy. Maintenance is minimal

Budget Friendly fosho

Okay for a quick budget friendly trip this place was solid. It is a little dated and definitely the bare necessities to sleep, shower and maybe just kock back and watch a movie . The bad reviews are dumb, because just like the people they bash they are also human. I definitely recommend this place for a lower budget trip where youre not there to live it up in the super cozy room. Pillows could be a little better that is my harshest criticism and it wasnt a deal breaker. So take what you want from that. Would stay here again

False advertising

The staff was excellent, but the owner is another story. No maid service, no ice machine, no laundry facilities, breakfast is a joke, dirty pool etc. I had to leave early because of an emergency and the owner wouldn't even respond to my messages. No refunds period. I would have liked to at least pay it forward and give my paid for room to someone, but she wouldn't even do that. Karma is going to catch that evil woman some day. I feel sorry for her employees.

Room could use a deep cleaning. Really smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was posted non smoking. Had to tell them to not charge me for smoke. Trash piled up very high outside building attracting vermin. Dumpster overflowing like 2 weeks of trash. I cant upload photos but I have them

We originally booked a suite then at check in they gave us a double queen standard room, blamed it on expedia that the wrong room was given, then later moved us to a suite where the tub was leaking and had to bring the tv from the room of which was given at check in, and we still have yet to receive our 100.00$ refundable deposit. We will never stay at this location again. The property had trash overflowing out of the dumpsters. Hair on the floor in our suite. The table had ring marks that were sticky so clearly the table was not wiped and we found a 1 dollar bill with white residue and the dollar was rolled like a straw. The guy at check in was nice however the entire experience was very poor.

The hotel was unsanitary, unsafe, and unacceptable. I cancelled my reservation at checkin. There was trash piled up outside near the rooms. The people staying there looked questionable, like they lived there. I stood in a long line to checkin and my room wasn’t ready checking in at 3pm. I specifically asked for 2 rooms next to each other, one room with my kids. They gave aaay my 2nd room even fhough it was reserved and said I’d need to get seperate rooms or come back after they kick someone out my room. I got the run around after making the reservation about issues with the room I paid for. They only gave excuses and blamed it on someone else. I had to leave and pay for another hotel for all of our safety. Don’t plan to stay at this hotel
