Great hotel overall

This hotel was terrific! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. My room was small but seriously, it's not like I went on vacation to sit in my room all day. So, the size didn't bother me. The location of this hotel is awesome. It's super close to multiple different Metro and bus lines, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also walking distance to a lot of shopping and attractions. If I had to list the best things about this hotel, they would be (in no specific order): location, comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, and safety. I really appreciate that this hotel allows pets on top of all the other great things about it. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I go to Paris in the future.

No primeiro momento não gostei. Colocaram num quarto sem ar condicionado e muito pequeno. Quando falei com o moço recepção, disse que não tinha o que fazer. Então ia mudar de hotel no dia seguinte. Quando foi pela manhã, arrumaram outro quarto mas já tinha cancelado o restante da reserva. Precisando efetuar novamente. Gerou um incômodo desnecessário. Uma manhã perdida. Fora o constrangimento como seu eu fosse a errada. Nem pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido. Parte boa é a localização

Muito bom hotel. Limpeza diaria e excelente, troca de toalhas diarias. Quarto pequeno porem pratico com armario. mesinha, secador. Chuveiro muito bom. Cafe da manha com principais itens. Proximo da Gare Saint Lazare (metro e trem). Um pouco afastado dos principais pontos de saida dos onibus e passeios de tour. 13 minutos a pe da Galerie Lafayette, Printemps, etc. Poucas opções de restaurante proximos. É uma rua de escritorios. Equipe do hotel super gentil. Super indico este hotel.

Cosy hotel close to a lot of Paris main attractions. We even got upgraded to a bigger room with a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise. A big plus was the beds, they were really comfortable. Would very much recommend this hotel and we will probably stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Nice buffet breakfast is offered 14 euro. Coffee, cappuccinos with pastries, sausage, assorted meats and cheeses, cereals yogurts and fruit. No outside coffee shops were open at 7:00 am within a one block radius

Better options elsewhere

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes to check in. We didn't receive soap or toilet paper when we were empty, and the walls were super thin. We were constantly woken up by the draining system from the neighbouring rooms. Rooms are comfortable, but not worth the money.
