Decent room, poor service
There was nothing wrong with the room itself. However, they did not send the gate code ahead of time as promised. When I arrived on site during their business hours no one was there and the place was locked up. I tried calling, but no one picked up and there was no voice mail message. Fortunately, while I was working with Expedia to try to get my money back, they did finally return my call and gave me the information I needed. It's not a big place, so there's no reason they can't do a better job of making sure they've communicated with their guests. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CODE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR STAY.
