Clean, comfortable, soundproof rooms, and great food. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay again

I booked the hotel because on the picture it shows they had nice swimming pool. After I checked in my kids wanted to go to the swimming pool and I was told it was out of service. I have request to speak with the manager and I was informed, someone will get back to me on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and I have yet to hear from a manager.
When I was checking out on Sunday, there were two ladies on the front desk. I was requesting to again to speak to a manager. Person that was checking me out directed me to the elderly person and said she was the manager. I explained to her that my purpose of booking the hotel for Saturday night was to have the kids go to the swimming pool, since my stay at the hotel experience was horrible and my kids were upset, as a manager what can she do. I paid close to $400 for two rooms for my family. Her response was โNOTHINGโ
She said someone broke something in the swimming pool area so that is nothing can be done. If I pay and stay one more night, I might be able to use the pool.
I am a Hilton Honors member. I was disgusted by the customer service on the front desk. I feel like I should never go there again.
I am requesting the management to reach out to me and reimburse my cost of staff or provide me credit for my next visit to Hilton Garden for next time.
