Checked in almost a couple of hours past midnight, had a conversation regarding the weaving out parking for one because technically we’re not there on the actual check in time, this request was accommodated from our previous stay which was mentioned. Therefore, we were advised to mention that to the receptionist upon arrival yet none of that transpired even after explaining everything to Jose, they immediately asked for our credit card to charge for the deposit and parking. We were also in formed to check back with Paul, talked to the morning receptionist was told the same thing but this time the manager will investigate and will provide a follow up. Then our room was not quite the walls are thin and we smelled cigarette coming from outside or the vent. Mind you this was already 2 or 3am and we didn’t to create too much commotion than we already had upon checking in so we called the hotel.com to see if we can check out early without any fee, they advised us that it’s the hotels discretion. And we were plainly denied because we booked through a third party and regardless if we were a Hilton diamond member.
With the fear of being charge for checking out a day early, we decided to stay until the end of our stay regardless if we if the quality of our stay very poor from sleepless night, weak water pressure from the shower and the sink faucet had a mind of it’s own when it comes to dispensing too hot water instead of cold. Even after checking out, still no update on parking fee.
