Not enough parking, even though there's an underground space. Clearance is only 6' so larger vehicles don't fit. Seems short staffed. They were polite but not very engaging. Building is clean but outdated and needs repairs. Location was pretty good, but overall I don't feel it was worth what we paid.

The property itself was really run down. Old carpets, unpleasant smell, room was below mid. No a/c so had to have the windows open which left zero privacy. Anyone walking by could see into the room. But the perks were it was right next to the beach, down the street from downtown and inexpensive. Parking was right in front.
