Reserved rooms one month in advance, but was told on arrival my son and I would have to accept rooms on separate floors. My room 101 was hot but thanks to a very nice maintenance man a new thermostat was installed the next day.We were given rooms next to each other which she said she didn’t have on our arrival after I refused her offer of rooms on separate floors.I removed trash and wet towels from room 05/26/2025 pm as no housekeeping came. 5/27/2025 was ok. I was not told by Hotels.com or Hampton that $100.00 of my bank account would be placed on hold. I mentioned to lady who checked me in I was quoted $399.36 but she printed out $449.36 with no explanation . I found out on check out why the balance changed. My bank account was billed $100.00 extra ! And my name is Elizabeth Jones Trent
