Room had adequate utensils and cutlery for 2 people in the studio apartment. Bathroom was tidy and clean along with the room. A bit dark in the room as there are no ceiling lights just 2 lamps in the room with separate lighting in the kitchenette area . At an excellent location, Just a few steps away from a train station and a short walk to another train station. Galeries Lafayette only 3 minute walk away , Monprix supermarket just 2 minutes away too . Sofia at reception went out of her way to accommodate us and very informative too.

We had the one bed duplex, the upstairs was HOT, no matter what we did it couldn’t be cooled down and made sleep uncomfortable. Not sure why it’s 2 singles in the bedroom, it’s Paris and doesn’t make for a romantic get away. Luckily it was too hot to cuddle anyway. Other than that the room was great, everything you need and the downstairs got nice and cool.

This was a great place to stay, lovely staff on the front desk, great location, comfy beds and quiet at night. Disappointing was the breakfast not being provided to us despite our booking including it. We were given it complimentary one morning however the lady who works in the kitchen was rude and arrogant and should not work in the service industry!

Clean room and staff were nice. Property is close to the Metro and just across from Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. We were happy with our stay due to convenience/proximity to places we wanted to visit. My only complaint was on one Saturday morning, across the street maybe around 5 or 5:30am, several deliveries were made. You can hear the forklift, metal banging, unloading of goods, etc. Pretty annoying when you still want to sleep in. But overall, it was still a good stay.

Pictures are very deceptive. A lot of the rooms need updating as they do not feel modern at all! It looked outdated and unclean. The main bedroom didn’t even have proper lighting and we had to rely on the hallway light to see properly. Cleaning of the rooms before we got there was one of the worst I have ever come across. We had to do some cleaning ourselves especially as we had a young child running around. Which is unacceptable given the price to stay here. Often we would come back and wonder if rooms had been cleaned properly despite seeing cleaners. There were empty food bags that were left out as our bins were full and we would come back to still find them there. Overall I would say best thing about the place is the location. Literally close to a lot of restaurants and shops etc.

The rooms were clean, but initially very cold and heating not responsive. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was not much storage - drawers, particularly - for a week-long stay. The kitchen area was small but adequately equipped. We mostly used the sink and the refrigerator and didn't try to cook. Overall, the rooms and bathroom were a bit shabby and not very up-to-date. It was fine for our stay. The location is excellent - near many Metro and RER lines and shopping areas, esp. the big department stores. This made the hotel worth the money.
