Could have been better, could be refurbished a bit, but overall, that was clean and bed comfortable. Service was really what I did not like. From a questionable check in with person telling me very naively, we will change your room tomorrow, not offering help to carry luggages or offering upgrade, to a check out where we were « forced » to pay taxes at 11pm, while it could have been done with check out day after (I still do not get it), or the restaurant asking us 1 out of 10 whether we wanted something or ignoring us completely that we had to go to another one, or even at breakfast, when for 45min, no table were cleaned up after rush hour and people ended up not having a clean place to seat. Definitely an improvement possible on that aspect. Rarely got such a bad service like this.
