Need to put hand soap and face cloths in rooms. I asked for some but never got them. People at the breakfast bar were very incompetent.

They were in the process of renovating. Iโve been in hotels before that are under such conditions, but not like this one. The hallways and elevators were rarely vacuumed, and most of the time you walked on pieces of plaster and cement powder. The pillows in the broom were equal to the quality of dollar tree and so were the towels. There were no toiletries. I had to ask for a shower, cap and body lotion. When I complained one of the managers came up with two bottles of water and two bags of potato chips and said he was sorry. Before I left, I spoke with another manager who agreed to give us a 25% discount off the 300 and some odd dollars that we were paying a day. I told him if I wanted to go to the red roof and I wouldโve stayed there for $69 a night. Anyway, before I left, they agreed to give a 25% discount and when I spoke to hotels.com. They were extremely gracious and also offered us a discount on our stay I think hotels.com save the day in my estimation. But I would never recommend this Marriott !

Hotel is in renovation phase but doing a great job in not affecting guests. Our room was recently updated and we were very satisfied. Front desk staff was exceptionally great. Only issue was parking could be a bit better but that's due to the renovation. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel.. frequent customer...
Routinely stay here when I visit Long Island. This was my third stay at this hotel and it's always a great experience. Location is perfect for where I frequent on Long Island as well.

The hotel is conveniently located within walkable distance of restaurants, shops and main attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The complimentary hot breakfast was good.

The lobby area and the bar area are in the same open dpace . The noise level was so loud that I had to ask the person registering me several times to repeat himself due v to the very loud area . Rather expensive for no free breakfast .
