Check-in was chaotic, with long waits and other guests complaining about double bookings. Our room, which opened onto an outdoor courtyard, was noisy due to a connecting door — we could hear our neighbours clearly. It was also untidy, with leftover prosecco bottles and room service that hadn’t been cleared.
The bar was disorganised, with staff openly arguing about rotas and struggling to manage the number of events taking place. The pool was nice, though the changing rooms were very small.
Dinner was enjoyable, but the lounge was loud due to another event, and a fire alarm later in the evening was poorly handled by staff. Loud music and shouting continued into the night. When we raised concerns, reception simply apologised without offering any solution.
Overall, the hotel seemed overstretched and not set up to provide a relaxing stay.
