This was my first trip to Hong Kong and I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, had great food and the everyone working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Cathleen who helped me with my sim card issue I had in the beginning of my trip. She took her time to resolve the issue, I was impressed with the service overall.
