Way Overpriced for what you get.
I would rate this place a solid 3.7, first off moral doesn’t seem to be very high, the staff are just “eh” they nickel and dime you at every turn. I travel to Mexico quite a bit so I expect there to be watered down drinks but they practically are just service virgin fruit drinks and this is the first property that doesn’t even provide safe drinking water. Also most properties refill the basic room coffee or at least give you more than one serving, they don’t, they will charge you for every day you want to make coffee in your room which is a lot ridiculous. The only real selling point of this resort is that it’s within walking distance of some great restaurants and other properties where they seem to care more. House keeping was on point, probably the best I’ve ever seen and the rooms were clean.
