My stay at this hotel fell far below expectations. The only positive aspect was the location. Unfortunately, everything else left much to be desired.
The room was extremely uncomfortable, with a damaged sofa and worn-out furniture that clearly needed replacing. The air quality was terrible due to an overwhelming amount of dust, which made it difficult to breathe. The lamps were also covered in dust, and the room lacked proper lighting, adding to the discomfort.
The shower was disgusting, with visible mold that made it feel unhygienic. The toilet would not flush properly, requiring multiple attempts to empty it. Additionally, the closet door in the room was broken, further contributing to the poor state of the accommodations.
The jacuzzi turned on by itself during the night, creating an unpleasant noise that disrupted our sleep. The bed was not a king size as advertised, and the mattress was old and in urgent need of replacement. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making sleep nearly impossible.
The lobby is currently under renovation, and construction dust is noticeable throughout the property. There are only two elevators, which are very slow, so be prepared to wait. To top it off, we had to request clean towels because there were not enough provided for our stay.
Adding to the disappointment, when I checked out, I was given a final invoice. However, seven hours later, I received another invoice with additional charges for services I did not use.
