La limpieza era buena. Lo que daba mucho que desear era el desayuno. Muy pocas cosas. Y cuando รญbamos media hora antes de terminarse el desayuno, ya no habia nada.

Clean room, good location, lovely staff and bigger breakfast than I expected for โcontinental.โ Some eggs, sausage, bagels. Recommend for sure.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The only complaint i have is in the bathroom, the grout was coming up and there were a few loose tiles. The rest of the room was great. The bed was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very clean and it is convenient to i-83 and plenty of restaurants shopping and entertainment close by. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The only concern is the curtains in the room. They arent able to be fully closed. There are sheer panels and the solid curtains couldn't be pulled across. If you need dark to sleep you atent going to get it here. I also cant comment on the breakfast offered as I didn't take part.

I called on Saturday morning to cancel my Saturday reservation, if possible, because of a last-minute change of plans. I was told that I could not do that but that the front desk manager would try her best to get me a refund and she would talk to the general manager on Monday. And she would call me back. I never received a phone call Monday, and had to call back Tuesday morning, only for the GM to tell me that even if he refunded me, Expedia probably would not. I inquired about a possible credit for future use and was also told that was not a possibility. I will make sure not to book with this company again. Highly recommend you donโt book them through Expedia either, as it will become Expedia thatโs the problem if a last minute change/problem arises.
Both the front desk manager and general manager were polite. Iโve learned my lesson though. The recommendation is that you book directly through them every time. Donโt use a third-party site.
Strangely enough, I had the same experience with Hilton and they were able to accommodate a refund. I guess it depends on the hotel chain and how much they want to do to ensure guests return to their hotel for future bookings.
