Never again
Nasty room with roaches and gap all around the door (more on that) allowing insect intrusion. Microwave had plastic and food remnants from a hot pocket. I was a day late (thanks American Airlines) and my reservation wasn't held, despite my message to the hotel advising I was delayed, so I had to pay a lot more for the same time. My lock malfunctioned numerous times and they had to use a crowbar to get me in at least 4 times. I was deliberately placed in that room because I had been told to return at 3:30 in order to get a ground floor room; when I did return, I had to wait 40 minutes for the same person who told me to come back to return from her "break." It was hot and miserable, and I had been up traveling for 2 days because of American Airlines delays. I was not warned that this room had lock issues, but was told by the maintenance guy that it was the only one in the place that had this issue.
Note to the front staff: saying "have a blessed day" doesn't excuse your nasty and rude attitude.
