All in all a no. Cleanliness, availability and freshness of food. One case of food poisoning. Availability of Spirits, most was for preferred guest so when us non-preferred quest's drink of choice was not available, it was basically "drink what we have". We had to switch rooms twice due to broken elevator, leaking water, broken phone etc. Had we not complained they were ok with putting us in the broke down building. I booked a double room and was moved to a single room which was unacceptable due to the fact that we had 2 guests in the room. Our dinner reservation was cancelled because they "cannot accommodate". I was in conversation with Hotels.com for over an hour regarding getting a refund/credit to switch resorts. I was told someone would contact me to make this happen. I am still waiting for a response from Hotels.com since Wednesday, January 8, 2025 today is January 13,2025. This was not the type of accommodations I am used to and i did not feel supported the H.com.
