Great boutique hotel in fantastic location. Very quiet. Staff in dining room , housekeeping and front desk are fantastic. True ambassadors of Italian hospitality. Will definitely recommend and return.

We paid in full before our trip. Upon checking out at 0600 the man at that desk tried to get us to pay again the amount we had already paid + $200 more. We knew we had to pay for taxes & breakfast. Thank God I had printed my receipt before we left for our trip. He made a copy of it and we left. Not exactly the note I wanted to leave Italy on.

Great location, one block from all the high end stores, great nearby restaurants and friendly staff.

Great hotel near all the great shopping in Milan!

The hotel located in the shopping center of Milan. Hotel is comfortable, but if the purpose to explore Milan and surroundings, can be found more chipper hotel. The prize doesn't include breakfast and the prizes for bar and restaurant are over. But still hotel is good.

Beautiful hotel in a very central position. Staff very friendly,although the porter tutted at me on arrival as I hadn't had the chance to acquire any euros. It was my husbands birthday and they very kindly gifted us a bottle of fizz and a complimentary dinner. Both of which were very good. My only criticism is that I had to phone down for more loo roll and just one tea bag a day was a bit mean. These are small points but at the prices should not have happened.

The hotel location was very nice. The staff was pleasantly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size and very clean. The bar was great as well.

Ticked all the boxes. Concierge arranged airport pick up which was cost effective and convenient.Also gave some good restaurant tips. Have stayed at the hotel previously and would stay against.
