I honestly did not like my stay here at all. First, when we arrived, the lobby smelled horrible. I'm Not sure if it was cigarettes ( even tho they claim they are a smoke-free hotel), but it smelled awful. The room was okay for what we paid, and I can't complain, but it would be nice if the cleaning staff could keep up with the rooms and have them cleaned properly. Now, regarding the check out, I am very disappointed with the service. I had called a day before my arrival and asked about late checkout and they told me 1 is the latest with no fees and today when i called in for late check out they told me by 12, and i go to the front to ask the staff in the front desk and he proceeded to tell me his “ manager “ is strict and that unfortunately its to 12, and im very upset at how they told me 1 and someone else changes it to 12

Hotel was great. Walking distance to the stadium. Room was good size. Elevators were very slow. Adjusting the temp in the shower was tricky. No major problems. Would stay there again.

From the moment we walked in the room you could smell mildew. Two of the pillows on the bed smelled like sweat and body odor. The screen on the window was broken. By the time we left all of my clothing was damp from all of the moisture in the room. Also had a slight problem. We left for our concert and our do not disturb sign was on our door all day. My daughter had left her air pods on the table between the beds but when we came back they were gone. The toilet was also dirty and the toilet was damp due to once again the moisture. In summary, this was probably the worst hotel stay i have ever had and will certainly never use this hotel or any radisson company hotel again. I will also be sure to tell everyone i know about this gross hotel and advise them NOT to go with Radisson because obviously they do not give a damn about their customers.

Great location for football games or concerts at the stadium . Hotel offers free breakfast , eggs and sauce and gravy with a waffle maker . Decent pop area next to a lake for relax time . Hotel is nothing fancy but perfect for a quick stay with friends .

Room was very damp. AC unit was extremely noisy. Shower would not get hot. There was only a sheet cover on the window. No sun shade. So after 2 very long nights at concerts, the sun was right in our faces bright and early. While the staff was very friendly, I had to go to the desk and pick up my clean towel on the last night of 3 after calling twice and not getting them. The convenience of being walking distance to the stadium was nice despite the short falls of our room.

I was charged a lot of money for two nights and ended up leaving in the middle of the night on the first night. When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room was a mess. There a terrible odor throughout the hotel and our room smelled like they were trying to cover up a smell. We turned the ac down and eventually started smelling mildew. The carpet was stained and ripped up. No hot water, only two towels there and they were crusty, casing on the ac was broke, bathroom door doesnt shut, only 3 channels on the tv and the bed had no comforters... The pool was slimy and smelled like straight bleach. The hot tub didnt work and the elevator sounded like its on it last leg. Pretty sure almost everything was close to breaking. I planned for this weeked over a year ago. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with this experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, by the time we had enough, the staff that was now on duty was a single guy that was new and there was no manager on duty. He couldn't help at all. I left at 3am in the morning. I travel often and never had a hotel this bad especially for how much I was charged!! That was rough!

I booked through Hotels.com and ended up paying three times for the same stay. Upon arrival, I paid part of it in cash, but they refused to give me a receipt. Despite that, they charged the full amount to my debit card, and later refunded part of the cash payment. Up to that point, it seemed like things were being resolved. However, the next day, I was charged half of the stay again. According to the front desk, it was a mistake made by the night shift. They showed me that the refund had been issued, so I left reassured. But when I checked my bank account, I realized that not only had they not refunded me, they had charged me yet another half-stay. In total, I was charged more than double what I owed. The communication between staff is a mess, no one takes responsibility, and the administrative handling is a disaster. I’m now disputing the charges with my bank because the hotel refuses to take accountability. It’s a real shame, because all it takes to run a business properly is good faith and honesty. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Think twice before staying at this place.

Do not bring children to this hotel! Door to our room was not latching properly. We had to check it each time to make sure it was locked. Keys constantly not working. Sheets were dingy and stained. Hot tub broken and dirty. Homeless hanging out around the property. I saw a prostitute leave the room two doors down from where my children were sleeping. This property was a huge disappointment. We will not stay at any country inn and suites again after this one. This location is what they call a brand destroyer!
