Our stay was lovely, we were upgraded to a higher floor because of my birthday and they even gave me a chocolate brownie as a birthday gift as well as a welcome cookies upon our arrival, which were soft and tasted freshly baked. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great with a lot of options. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in ann excellent condition. The staff are excellent and very helpful at all times. We have stayed for two days and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but it is a central location and easy for shopping and getting around the city.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Double Tree By Hilton Ploenchit. We were upgraded to a premium room which was spacious and comfortable, the room was cleaned, staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sam and his team. We needed help with a local order and it would not have been possible without Sam and his team, my order was sent to my room without any problems. Second stay here for me and there is a reason for that, the service is second to none, you are a stones throw from parks, BTS and Sukhumvit but tucked away on soi 2 so that it is less noisy.
