This is a well maintained simple hotel in Madina meant for pilgrims. Very comfortable beds and clean room.Have shuttle service to haram. Many Pakistani restaurants and stores for shopping are close by.

Please don’t believe any of the positive reviews written about this hotel It is worse than I could ever imagine Very outdated and dirty. The water in the bathroom has no pressure so it was a struggle to shower, then there where no hot water at all!! Really horrible stay!!

Clean, Basic but just too many minor issues.
hotel and service were ok, main issue is really location which is at least 20 mins walking to the courtyard of the haram but you have to cross a major highway to make it in that time otherwise its at least 30 mins walking around the various concrete barriers. There is a free shuttle bus but this does not leave until the bus is full each time and thus allot of people just used to give up and walk instead of waiting, sometimes upto 30 mins before leaving. We had a triple room which was quite cosy but manageable, 1 toilet roll between us so we had to ask for more everyday from housekeeping. the bathrooms and carpets etc all look quite dated, there was heavy refurb going on in the lobby so maybe they are upgrading but overall it was probably value for money but if we had younger or older family members with us it would have been worst. The staff were generally helpful whenever we did ask for anything and overall we probably got what we paid for but unlikely to use again. The only positive was the Food Master restaurant next door was probably one of the best Pakistani food places we have ate in, was 24 hours and served all the classics really well, would highly recommend.

Once you report an deviations, you are only told they will fix it from the desk.. but it never happens… The lady working in the evenings, she tried her best and was very good with customer service. Can walk to the haram. Takes approx. 20 mins. However, construction works may make it longer and more difficult to walk if you have family. The condition of the bathroom is not the best. Underneath the tiles filled up with water, whenever you stepped on them water would come out. This made the bathroom always wet and messy. There is also a shuttle bus that takes residents to the haram before every salah.

The property is well furnished. The only downside however was the lack of a microwave. Other than that, it was near to Haram and it had its own shuttle service which ran half an hour before every Namaz, which was wonderful. Although the best thing about the staff is that they were very pleasing, they accommodated us way earlier than the regular check-in time, due to our flight arriving too early. In short, very hospitable staff, definitely would recommend.

Umrah 2024
We had problems with the shower. When taking showers the water will stay on the floor and will not drain fast. Have to manually push the water to drain. The staff were excellent from front desk, bellmen and house keeping. Mr Sheriff, I think one of the bellmen was exceptional, he went 200% to help guests with a Wounderful smile. Not forgetting another Wounderful gentleman, I think he is a Saudi gentleman. These people made our stay pleasant. If the hotel can fixe the drainage issues, it will be a Wounderful place to stay. The shuttle drivers were professionals, when people were yelling, they were calm and collective. Fixe the drains in the showers, your hotels will be excellent. Not forgetting, the location was not bad for the price charged per room.
