Great value hotel!
We had an amazing stay at Bob W Hotel in Tallinn! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 3-5 minute walk to multiple bus stops, neighborhoods, restaurants, grocery stores, and museums, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel was clean, and the small, thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Instead of worrying about keys or keycards, we were simply given a code to enter at the main entrance and then again at our room. It was so convenient—just keeping the code handy was all we needed!
One of the highlights was the 24/7 WhatsApp chat—and the best part? It wasn’t automated! A real person was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Diana at the front desk, who gave us local recommendations, whether we had dietary restrictions or wanted to dive into the local food scene. Her extra tips and friendly conversation really stood out!
We also loved the Instax polaroid camera available for guests—it was such a cool touch! While we had to go out and buy our own film, we had so much fun capturing memories with it. Other small but thoughtful details, like the postcards, tote bag, and personalized welcome message, made the place feel warm and inviting. We’ve already been recommending Bob W to our friends and would 100% stay here again!
