We loved our stay!! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They had the best customer service ever! From the front desk clerks (specially Faith) to the breakfast attendants (Cesar and Kiernia), all of them were very kind, warm and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a lovely stay. The only thing we had a bit of an issue was the elevator the first day because one wasn't working so it took too long to go up and down to our 17th floor but it was repaired fast. Also the room (for 3 people) and shower space (for tall and big people) were a little small.

Location is great, very close from Times Square. Staff is awesome, trying to do their best under the circumstances. Breakfast area too small for a such big hotel (around 30 floors), so always crowded and dirty. Very hard to find a spot to sit. Breakfast variety very poor. Elevators are a big issue in this hotel. Only two for the whole building, including the staff (clean ladies struggling to do their job). Sometimes 15 minutes waiting to get in. Rooms are pretty small. Very disappointed for a Hilton Hotel brand.

Only good thing about the property is location. Near transportation hubs, restaurants, anything you need. Property itself is very run down and I’m surprised Hilton is still affiliated with the property. AC unit was old, not cooling and VERY loud. Hotel engineer noted it needed to be replaced and nothing they could do. No apology from hotel staff and no other rooms available. Shower door tracks falling off. Rooms are small, like many NYC properties in this price range. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was impressive and always ready to help. The room was very clean. We paid $85 for valet parking and it was well worth it. We were close to everything even though we got lost a few times. The area was really safe. Breakfast was good. A wonderful employee made waffles of a few varieties to anyone who wanted one. He waited on us constantly.

This is a very heavy trafficked hotel, and it shows on the cleanliness of the hotel. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling which fell in the shower. The carpet needs a thorough cleaning. There was an obvious leak mark in the ceiling (bathroom and bedroom). The breakfast staff was very helpful, and the housekeeping staff was also very helpful. Front desk was efficient but lacked customer service warmth and friendliness. No 'welcome' or 'thank you' for staying with us. This could also be because of the number of people cycling through and they are just exhausted. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn hotels and the cleanliness etc. was better.
