This is truly my favorite place in the world—peaceful, beautiful, and filled with the kindest staff. I’m so glad we found it. I didn’t want to leave and joked with my family that I might just run away and stay forever. The location and scenery are absolutely stunning. The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer! We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with little ones (or without!).

The property is in a beautiful spot of Tuscany. Not much around it, u need to drive 15 min to find restaurants. However the view is scenic, rooms are clean. Staff needs to smile, specially the restaurant and bar. The food that the hotel is just ok, the staff not friendly, they counted 12 euros for one scoop of ice cream and when we double checked they said it was correct! For a 5 star hotel they need to work on the food (we didn’t try their Michelin restaurant), their breakfast bar, their bar and staff!

Remarkable refreshing place

Superb time, first time in Chianti and enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel is incredibly relaxing and a respite, located in a beautiful area that I could stay in for weeks. Incredible views, space to run and cycle nearby.

The resort was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the lack of service by the pool…nobody comes by to ask if you need any water or anything. Also, for a 5* resort you would think water would be free…you have to pay for water.

Perfect get away for a couple or family looking to relax by the pool and enjoy the countryside. Some room for improvement: - beds and mattresses. Not that comfy.
