As we were celebrating our engagement in Italy, they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, providing us with a great night’s sleep after exploring Venice. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Very decent and clean hotel. Rooms are small, but clean. There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms on the lowest level. And then there is a step down as you walk into your room from the hallway. The front desk staff was helpful when needed, but not particularly friendly and avoided eye contact at most times. The breakfast was limited, but it did give you something to eat when the day started. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not open until 7:30 AM. The beds were somewhat on the firm side, and the pillows are very thin.
