This was an absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice! Pay the extra price for the balcony room, it is worth it! It is right across the canal from where Mozart once lived. The room was beautiful with magical views. The staff was helpful and friendly and helped us get a water taxi set up on our last day. It is in walking distance from the main court area, shopping, restaurants, and many major landmarks. You can’t beat this location! I would say the only slight downside is trying to get there from the train station (we paid 125 euros to get a water taxi there), the shower is tiny (but has wonderful hot water), and the smell of sewage when you first walk in can be a little rough (but it airs out quickly). we absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! I would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is very centric to the centre, the service was fabolous. Myself & my sister were delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 4am, I did message them but they welcomed us even so late with a friendly face and very professional.
