I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best.
Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people.
Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning.
Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration.
The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive.
We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out.
The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children.
