Hotel was in a great area with lots to do. I loved having a canal view! Our room was nice, but did have a musty smell. I attribute that to staying on a canal so it didn’t bother me- just keep it in mind.

Quaint little hotel. Only had 6 rooms, very quiet and clean. Desk was only there a few hours a day but it worked well. Instructions were clear. Rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable, however the sleeper sofa mattress was thin and the bars uncomfortable but other than that everything was wonderful.

Lovely traditional property only a 2 min walk from the water bus. Very spacious and clean and have everything we needed. Staff were helpful and it was on the first floor so not too far to carry suitcases up the stairs. Highly recommend.

Off of the main walking route, the hotel is small and unassuming. We loved the place though the beds and pillows were on the firm side. The cleaning was awful. They did not even change the towels on daily basis. Our sheets were not changed at all. The bed was not king size, but it was two seperated beds brought closer to one another.The air conditioner was not eorking at all, we slept under blanket as it was October. The receptionst lady was so kind and helpful.

We got there early before check in time there was this little girl teen at the reception very rude the front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you have to leave it there the check out time they told us was 10 am and they can only keep your luggage until 2 PM. The room was big and spacious but they only give you two flat pillows and the bed is hard. Do not stay here find another place for the price they don’t give you basic amenities we had breakfast included and they didn’t informe us. They have a code to come in since they don’t have the reception open all day and we were not informed

This was the rudest hotel I have ever encountered in all of my travels. They tried charging my credit card a month early, when my bank questioned this I called the hotel to remedy within 24 hours. Even though I didn't understand why they would even need my card yet. Anyhow, the owner still cancelled my room which i didn't know until when I arrived, I got a different room than I booked (I booked 9 months in advance.) On top of that I was left a note( since no one works at the front desk) to leave the property for the day and when I come back I'll be in another room (still not the one I originally booked. ) Myself and hotels.com tried to remedy with the hotel, but they just hung up on us both. Luckily, I got into another, very kind and well run hotel during my stay in Venice.
