Incredible stay
Beautiful hotel. Amazing guest service and wonderful bar staff- restaurant. Chris made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. I would stay here again, but would be great if they added an entrance carpet to the rooms in the winter for boots. Unfortunately the hot tub was being cleaned when I went, but the pool and sauna with the incredible view of Montreal was a highlight.

Service was not great
Booked for NYE hoping to have a drink at the bar but instead they never told us that we wouldn’t be allowed to be at the bar. They said that it was prebooked out even though we were paying to stay there and hoping to celebrate NYE at the bar. That morning we also went to restaurant within the hotel and the waitress had forgotten our orders and we had to put in our orders again forty minutes later.
