Disappointing for a 5 star hotel
Location is great and rooms are super comfortable. A few issues for us, super loud music at 4am from another room, despite a call to concierge took them over 1.5 hours to get the musics turned down. Also, nobody to help with luggage when you arrive - which is awkward if you have multiple cases. Not the usual 5 star clientele, a lot of riff raff and drunks.

Really enjoyed my stay won’t lie it’s expensive but for what we paid the view of the harbour was amazing. Very nice staff highly recommend definitely stay there again. Breakfast was a great way to start the day plenty to choose from great service.
