Bad check in
Check in nightmare. Charged twice for a hold on room. Computer went down they said it didnโt go through but I saw it approved. Retried a 3 rd time. Used a different card too keep bills different.was passed to 3 different people finally saw a manager he said he would check the status in morning. I brought him down a copy of credit card statements saying it went though. Morning the young lady Jane got it fixed within minutes. She was your shining star. She fixed in minutes what the check in staff couldnโt do. This was our first time in your hotel. Awful bed and fridge humming kept us up we finally had to get up at 1am and unplugged it. Smoke alarm flashing white lights every few minutes. Noisy. Only really good experience was breakfast. We usually stay at comfort inn thought we would try holiday. Driving home got a call from management that they had double charged and would refund. Not a good 1st impression impression
