The facility Embassy Suites way amazing the location to do things was great the factuality was very friendly we look forward to staying again.

We didnโt get the room we booked. The tv and shower needed repair, which they did. Something in the room triggered allergies.

Check in was great. Lady at desk was helpful. After that went down. Our room had no shower curtain and no wash clothes. Bed was supposedly for handicap but donโt see how when it was 3 inches off the floor. Plus a regular bathtub. Did not offer to change or discount once I complained about no shower curtain or the bed. I am not handicapped so not sure why I was given this room.

Beautiful Renovations Being Done
Check in was a hassle! No fault of staff but a Cheerleaders Competition was checking in and other people thought they could have had a dedicated staff member to handle the backlog!

Needs improvement
The hotel is under construction. It was a mess. Our room was so dirty when we arrived that the front desk moved us to another room. Thankful they were not fully booked. The bathroom did not have a vent to remove the steam. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa bed. You have to pay for WiFi.

Ned was ok, biggest issue was we never had our roomed cleaned once while we were there. We arrived Friday afternoon and checked out today the 19th. We alerted the front desk twice and face to face once but it never happened. We called the desk and asked if they could at least send up coffee for the next morning twiceโฆ..never happened

Hotel has gone way downhill
Iโve always loved Embassy Suites, but the one in Hot Springs has gone down hill over the past 5 years. First, the pull out couch bed was dirty, and there were no clean linens, blankets, or pillows in the closet. The bathroom had 3 towels for a party of 5, and zero rags. I called the front desk twice, and after waiting 30 minutes I went down to the front desk myself to gather clean linens so we could go to bed. (It was 11pm.) There were others standing at the front desk waiting on clean towels and linens too. We were told the hotel cut down the housekeeping staff to one person per shift for a 9 story hotel! The front desk lady and maintenance man were sprinting around trying to get linens and towels for people. I felt sorry for them. Embassy Suites needs to get it together at this location. It was also dirty. I wonโt stay there again. Itโs aggravating to pay for a nice night away and this is what you get. And btw, I never write reviews, so Im not one of those people who find something to fuss about. Donโt waste your money!

Third Party Booking Deterrment
Hotel update and service great. However, if you book through a 3rd party site you will have problems. You cannot digitally check in or get Hilton points. You cannot change credit cards for incidentals, as this will be charged to your credit card a second time for the room. I am awaiting to see if my debit card will be credited in 10 business days. Hilton is a big deterrent at using third party booking sights.
