A little bit of magic in the Valle ✨️
Stayed here with dear friends to celebrate our birthdays and all 6 of us were blown away by the beauty of it All! Even though it rained the the entire time it never deterred us from enjoying everthing the valle has to offer. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and delux and the entire grounds are spectacular! Highly recommend and we will all be back to enjoy it in the warmer months ahead! 😀

Avoid it until they get some experience
This hotel is not ready to receive guests: its brand new and the staff has no idea how to provide good service. The villas are spectacular but they are far from the hotel, from the parking, from the pool so you need the cart service, which it may take 15-20minutes on average. Food is average at best, room service needed to call 3 times and it took 90 minutes. And to top it, no water on sunday morning when we needed to shower and check out…and btw, never an apology. Avoid it until they get some trained staff and figure out the transportation.

Rente 3 habitaciones la 1.-salía pura agua caliente mi amigo no se podía meter 2.- en la otra mi amigo no tenía aire acondicionado y lo tuvieron que cambiar de habitación después de 6 horas. 3.- la mía los ventiladores le robaron las cadenas y uno no se podía apagar por qué no le dejaron apagador y el otro prendía a toda velocidad. El aire lo mismo prendía a toda potencia y no se podía apagar. Subía la azotea de la casa a bajar el swicht nunca lo pudieron arreglar.
