The the room and hotel was excellent and the personnel and front desk were very courteous helpful and always went the extra mile! The coffee was always fresh and the breakfast was delicious. When we needed an extra time period to stay and the hotel was full. The front clerk later made a successful effort into getting us a room for several more days. We were able to relax even though we came from the West Coast that suffered from a surge and severe winds.

Hotel lacks basic essentials.
Shampoo and body wash was not provided. When I inquired at the front desk they claim they “ordered” shampoo & body wash but it won’t ship. Left mirror light is out, housekeeping should have informed maintenance to fix said light. Trash was left on the floor from previous occupant. Only 2 towels were provided for a 3 day stay. When I inquired about additional towels, I was informed housekeeping would bring more, but housekeeping never came. Room 206 had a window but a very obstructed view. All you saw out of the window was the room of the covered porch. Less than impressed with said hotel and will not return to the hotel or the Tru brand.
Left mirror light is out in room 206.
Only conditioner was provider. Asked the front desk and they said they were out of body wash and shampoo.
Trash left on the floor, room not properly cleaned.

Hotel was new so super clean and nice. Front desk staff was super friendly. It is in an industrial are so there are not a lot of dining options near other than 2 truck stops. Only complaint is that the air conditioner is on a motion sensor. We were in Jacksonville to work and did not enjoy coming into a 80 degree room when we got off and got back to the hotel. No complaints other than that.

Get what you pay for
No early check in. No dollies available during check in. The hallway had a stale odor. No ice buckets in the room, had to go back downstairs to a bucket with no lid. The shower hot water was luke warm.

First I want to say I do not enjoy staying in hotels. The thought of sleeping and showering where a stranger did creeps me out. With that said, the room and bathroom were SO clean. It looked like I was the first person to ever stay in there. It was quiet, everything worked like it should. Kimmie at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Phillip worked that night and he went above and beyond to help me with a need I had. Those two embody what you want in service. The location was close to the highway but was very quiet. No crazy loud guests or slamming doors. Great experience overall.

Hotel was brand new and with that the amenities and room were in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it sits right between I295 and a truck stop which mean a ton of noise all night long and very little sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A Relaxing Spot
This hotel is located in the industrial area of Jacksonville, but it's near the highway. Not much around the hotel, in terms of stores or restaurants, but if you drive 10 minutes out, you'll find options. Ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a variety for breakfast. The hotel was clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback I'd say are around the bathroom; it was large because I was put into a king-suite handicap accessible room, but with that, the seemless shower (where there's nothing to step over, you just walk right in or it allows for a wheelchair) the water runs out and pools a bit on the bathroom floor, but it dries pretty quickly. The other thing was the water; it was only warm, not hot water. Water pressure was good. Those are the only two things that were not the best. Otherwise, lovely property and fantastic staff. Would recommend and would stay here again.
