The family room has no view of the back of the hotel, and it's so frustrating because it's glued to a strange building. And if there are two rooms, the second room is too small and two single beds attached to the small room in a strange shape. Of course, there are only beds and no narrow tables or small lights next to the bed. It's like a dormitory. There's a small window, and when you open it, you can see the elevator and the hallway. I can hear all the voices. I've never seen a room with such a strange structure before and they put it in a room that can't fit two single beds, so there's no room for luggage or other luggage except for the bed space, and it's suffocating.
The facilities are also old, so water does not run in the sink of two toilets. And the electric cord next to the bed in the master room did not work, so I could not charge my phone. After It fixed the sink problem and the electricity problem, the sink still went down slowly after a long time, and there's no power back on, so I didn't use the outlet.
Second, I'll talk about the service. I left my Dyson dryer in my room and checked out, so I contacted them by email right away and politely asked them to send it to me. But they haven't contacted me even after checking. This is unimaginable in a hotel in my country.
