The hidden jewel

Staff are all friendly, prompt and very professional. We are able to enjoy and relax well at the hotel and their food are also excellent at the hotel . Adrianna from the hotel, was very kind and helpful answering all our inquiry and have suggested excellent restuarant to explore in the island.The only regret I had probably is just staying there for five days! If time permits next time I will stay there longer. I will definitely come back next time. Thank you for the most fun memories!

Alex and Demi were Amazing! Our first time in Mýkonos this stay was a delight. Thank You! Alex was there every morning for breakfast and made sure everyone received what they needed. He has great service, attentive and always respectful to all guests. He ensured my food was prepared to my liking. Making sure I was satisfied. I would probably recommend adding a scent through out the property to make Muse of Mýkonos even more memorable. When you add a scent it will always remind you of that place. Maybe place it in the reception area and hallway that takes you to your room. We Love it here! Thank You from New York!

Teresa’s Kobido Facelift and Osteopathy Therapy were deeply effective, among the best treatments I’ve experienced worldwide. I felt completely recharged. This place was amazing!! Not only is everything brand new but the staff has by been the best I’ve ever dealt with! The receptionist (Sophia) right when you walk in is just warm and welcoming… we arrived a bit early and she contacted the local scooter rental place for us, and they dropped off a scooter for us to rent for the few days we were there! They go above and beyond for their guest, booking transportation, reservations and so much more! I definitely recommend staying here! You’re close by everything but a bit away to enjoy a break from the town. We loved our stay!

Muse of Mykonos Hotel is all sizzle and no steak. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be “soulless.” The hotel’s exterior may look appealing, but its inner workings are far from satisfactory—it feels like a cash grab. The only positive aspect is the price, but even as a budget option, it’s simply not worth it. The hotel is isolated and far from everything. European tourists might manage with a scooter or ATV, but for those of us from the United States, driving on Mykonos' thin, winding roads isn’t an option. You’ll end up spending around 80 euros on taxis for each round trip to and from the hotel. The room was another disappointment. The sheets were of such low quality that sleep was nearly impossible. No matter how cold I made the room, I’d wake up sweating. I actually had a more restful sleep on my flight back to Los Angeles. Service was equally poor. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent. When I asked about the bus stop, they gave vague directions, leading to a half-mile trek in the heat with no success in finding it. When I returned, they just stared blankly, and the manager waved me off. They also don’t respond to messages on Expedia, so don’t expect any support before or after your stay. I had better service at Lovia Hotel, where the staff, seeing I wasn’t well, offered complimentary water and meds and even walked me to the bus stop—all this without me being a guest there. That’s the level of care I expected but didn’t receive at Muse. Never again.

Super nettes Personal. Hotel genau so wie auf den Bildern. Liegt sehr ruhig und mit uber alles zu erreichen. Allerdings muss man bedenken, für den Transport von A nach B rund 40€ auszugeben. Es lohnt sich.

Di bello ci sono solo le foto pubblicate sui vari social, per il resto l’esperienza è stata abbastanza deludente. Non bastano le piscine fuori dalle camere per definirsi Luxury Hotel, il lusso lo fanno i servizi che purtroppo sono pessimi. Pulizia approssimativa sia dei bagni che della piscina privata. Lavandino perennemente otturato, al 4 giorno abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception perché non ci era mai stata rimessa la carta igienica né le minuscole boccette di bagnoschiuma, dopo oltre un’ora di attesa in camera siamo andate al supermercato a comprarci tutto. Lo scarico della doccia è pieno di incrostazioni, in camera c’è una macchinetta Nespresso ma le cialde in dotazione sono del discount e imbevibili, il frigobar è vuoto non viene fornita nemmeno l’acqua a pagamento, consiglio vivamente di farsi una scorta personale. Colazione scadente, teche dei salumi e formaggi appannate e sporche, si può prendere solo il caffè filtrato, ogni altra bevanda (cappuccino, latte macchiato è a pagamento extra) Per un hotel da 500€ a notte i servizi sono indegni e ahimè sono proprio quelli a fare la differenza in un “luxury hotel”

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel attentionné et aux petits soins à commencer par la réception jusqu’au bar/restaurant. La vue de la chambre est juste à couper le souffle ( vue sur la mer jackuzzi inclus ). La plage est à proximité de l’hôtel. Tout simplement splendide merci encore !
