The shower curtain fell down, the toilet side closest to the bathtub had either rust or urine on the side of it, since the “hot tub” was a whirlpool with no heat. I was going to take a bath but there were pubs in the tub ( has yet to be used by us ) and hair still in the drain. AC worked great, Breakfast was great, Customer Service exceptional.

This was a good place if you need to stay in the area. We were there for a family gathering near by. The staff is nice and the property clean and neat. A little pricey but to be expected during the holiday. Definitely the best choice in the area.

The hotel was rundown and it smelled terrible. The room smelled like a sweaty ranch hand rolled around on the carpet after working 12 hours in the Texas heat . The bedding smelled horrible, I had the change the bedding and it smelled just as bed. There was fecal matter in the toilet, the tiles are cracking and coming out of the floor in the bathroom, the flooring in the hallway has broken metal thresholds and exposed screws in the second floor. The breakfast was actually good, but I would personally prefer a hotel that values cleanliness over their breakfast.

The stay would have been 5 star if were not For the bed. The building and facilities are quite nice. Clean and pleasant lobby and breakfast area. Although somewhat dated, the facilities are well maintained. Again, the bed was the issue. Where linens were clean and fresh, the bed was lumpy and hard. It's possible I would stay again.

Nice, small-town hotel

This is a nice hotel in a small town. It is convenient for us to stay here to visit family. We last stayed here a year ago. Since that time, the hotel has gotten quite dirty and worn down - foyer, hallways, stairwells. Still, the hotel is pleasant and there are plenty of options for breakfast. The people are very nice and the service is great!

The overall stay with parking was great. The room was good, plenty of space with towels, tv channels was good also. The problem came when something was bitting me on the legs , soi put two towels down to get some sleep. Being in my profession sleep is very important, so for that they stay was fairly good.
