Reception staff were really helpful. I reserved a King, but there is no elevator and we had a cart full of stuff, so they were able to switch us to a double Queen room on the ground floor. This was so nice and very helpful as we were tired from traveling and did not want to have to carry everything up a flight of stairs.
Amenities I rated at only 3 stars: lack of elevator, but more importantly, we were planning to go to the on site restaurant once we checked in, and we did go. It is seat yourself, which we did. We sat at the table for about 10 minutes, were never acknowledged in any way, the menu wasn't anything special, so we got up and left. Went to a local restaurant which provided amazing service and food. Good choice on our part to go someplace else.
