Ha papper på vad som man har betalat för kolla så allt är med. Hagi Sofia typ pris vuxen 50€ om är muslim kommer man ner där men det upplyser dom inte om. 30€ vanligt folk för att se allt från balkonger. Vill gärna sälja biljetter för 50€

Great Location, Shared Facilities with Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel Sure Concept is situated right in the heart of Istanbul, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and exploring the historic area. A few key things to know before booking: Shared Facilities & Service: The hotel is effectively an annex/part of the larger Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel. You will use all of their main facilities, including the daily breakfast, swimming pool, parking, and other amenities. Lobby & Staff: There is usually no staff present in the Sure Concept lobby. Having no one at the desk isn't ideal—if you need anything or have a request, you have to walk over to the main Sura Hagia Sophia hotel building to speak with the staff. Rooms: The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, though on the smaller side. Air Conditioning: The AC system is centrally controlled, so you aren't able to adjust the room temperature yourself. Overall, it's a good stay if you want access to great amenities in a central location, as long as you don't mind walking to the main hotel for assistance.

Excellent location, walkable to all the sites, grand bazaar, and many restaurants! The coffee shop just a few doors up made excellent espresso and warm croissants. The pool is next door in the sister hotel and doesn’t get much sun… the only real drawback. Rooms are european style (small but super stylish) and everything you need for a good nights sleep. Super dark shades… The breakfast had many choices.

El hotel es nuevo y comparte servicios como la piscina y el gimnasio con otros hoteles del mismo grupo situados en la misma calle. Para acceder a estos servicios o para el desayuno es, por tanto, necesario salir a la calle. El hotel es nuevo pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas incluso para el uso de dos personas.

Neglected hotel

If you can, stay in either Sura Design Hotel or Sura Sophia hotel. Unfortunately, Sura Concept hotel is the neglected one with little to no service, no swimming pool or breakfast (both in the other hotel). Breakfadts sucks, would recommend going out for food. No one ever at reception always have to call and even then they tell you to walk to the other hotel reception.... Also lacks security, anyone can walk into the building at any time. Room - Nice design, small but expected. All good except buttons for curtains and lights a bit fiddly (curtains open randomly and when it's dark you can't see what button you're pressing) Bathroom - Shower drain not good and bidet water pressure too low. Only one toilet roll provided...why? Service - There is rarely anyone at reception, and when there is its an intern who doesn't understand English. The lady with the short brown hair who checked us in was good and attentative. Housekeeping are also lovely and do a good cleaning job. Swimming pool and breakfast are in the other 2 hotels, this was not clarified at the time of booking. Location - is worth th price. Is located on a street with alot of restaurants who have annoying front of house trying to bring customers in. Tip - Remember to say you've already eaten if you want them to leave you alone. Suggestions for hotel - Have someone remain at reception at all times. - Make it clear that swimming pool and breakfast are in the other hotels. - Have more than one toilet roll in the room.

Jeg vil gerne klage faktisk om vores air condition man skulle ringe frem og tilbage for at slukke og tænde den hver gang og når man så ringet blev den ikke slukket og nogle gik der op til 15 min før det skete og vi ventede flere gange på at deres tekniker skulle komme og fixe som så aldrig dukker op hvor vi efter får at vide han ikke kommer ind på værelset
