최신의 시설과 편의

매우 깨끗하고 편리한 숙소였다. 주변이 공사를 하고 있어서 아침에 조금 소음이 있지만 심각한 수준이 아니다. Palace Ajuda 근처에 있어서 벨렝탑 등 주변의 관광지를 도보로 볼 수 있었고 대중교통도 잘 연결되어 있어서 너무 좋았다

Bon séjour, quartier plutôt sympa. Le studio était très propre. Petite remarque : je trouve qu'il manque quelques petits équipements de base à l'arrivée : essuie tout, produit vaisselle, sacs poubelles, ....à part ça, tout était Ok

Quarto limpo , excelente localização . Funcionária prestativa,estacionamento tranquilo .Apenas na hora da saída o check in estava agendado para as 11 horas e saímos para deixar uma parte da bagagem e não conseguimos adentrar novamente . Sorte que estávamos em 2 pessoas e 1 ficou lá em cima senão o restante da bagagem estaria presa no quarto e nos lá fora impossibilitados de adentrar mesmo ainda não estando no horario do check inn . Achei falta de respeito

Pedro was fabulous, he made our stay so welcoming. He’s the person that makes the Inn great. One point to make is that the owners need to get someone in to fill in the cracks in the floors and walls where ants are getting in then the property itself would get 5 stars.

Remarquable séjour.

Magnifique séjour! Chambre avec balcon extérieur d’où je pouvais voir le pont du 25 Avril. Tout y était et incroyablement propre. Quelques places de stationnement devant l’hôtel sinon sur la rue de l’hôtel, il y avait toujours des places de libre. J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation

The manager Pedro is what makes this property outstanding. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone runs smoothly. The property is on the western edge of the city but in close proximity to Belém Tower, St Jerome Monastery and other museums, as well as it being adjacent to Ajuda Palace and the Royal Treasury. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We had a room with a terrace. The room is large and has a kitchenette. Great views. Having a child with us it was great to have a yard for him to run around in. This was my second stay at this property and I would stay again if I am back in Lisbon.

I like view of the bridge. The backyard, grass need it to be mowed. The gentleman was waiting for us and help us with the luggage, that was very kind of him. There is not elevator on the building The apartment was very nice. The picture on the ad is not the actual building. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent apartment in an excellent neighbourhood.

This place was excellent for our trip. The neighbourhood is really nice and is only 20mins walk into Belém riverfront. An uber into central Lisbon never cost more than €7. The apartment is modern and clean and had everything we needed. The view over Lisbon: the bridge/ river was fantastic at sundown. The oldest botanical garden in Lisbon was just across the road and is worth an hour or two to visit. Pedro was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We will definitely return to API

Set on the hillside of Ajuda, this newly renovated property is across the road from Ajuda Palace and the Ajuda Botanical Gardens. It is close to trams and buses, as well as a local supermarket and lots of dining options. A short walk down the hill finds you in the middle of all of Belem’s tourist attractions. I stayed on the third floor, and while the original staircase is not for the faint-hearted, the views across Ajuda and Belém and out to the ocean, of Ajuda Palace, and to the bridge and river were spectacular. The loft apartment was open, spacious and airy and well equipped with everything you might need. The manager Pedro was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

Misleading photo shows the Palace over the road

Very misleading photo of the Palace itself rather than the apartment block led to us walking in circles trying to locate the building - in fact, no actual photo of the apartment building itself, nor the ongoing construction site adjacent, appears anywhere on the advert for the room… Pedro lived up to his excellent reputation being both friendly, approachable, perfectly fluent in English and very helpful. Active children in the room above - typically until 3 am - resulted in multiple sleepless nights because the soundproofing - whilst effective on the walls and the windows was very ineffective on the ceiling - which effectively ruined an otherwise lovely stay.

The location is very good, the apartment is nice and big and the view is great. There is no elevator, though, as it is aan old renovated building. The stairs are very steep and the it was hard to carry the bags, specially if you have a large and heavy suitcase. Beware if you do not think you are physically fit to the effort. There is no staff to help. I stayed in the second floor.
