Loved this hotel
Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready. We were then given an orientation trip on a buggy around the resort on the way to our room and our luggage arrived shortly after. A perfect start.
We went all inclusive. The menus on the App reflected this so we could see what was included and what was extra.The food was cooked to perfection in all the restaurants and I liked that we were able to see every dish available in the main restaurant, which was buffet style, on the app so you were able to decide where to eat. They had a few themed nights but I was always able to find something and I am a fussy eater. Donโt know if all inclusive worked out reasonable or not but I like to have everything sorted and no surprises.
The poolside ordering was great. No one constantly bothering you. If you wanted something you clicked on the app and they brought it over. You could even order a nice snack to your sun lounger.
The entertainment was subtle, no big shows. A couple of nice duos. It was pleasant and relaxing.
A fantastic stay.
