Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal hier zu Gast und bin wieder sehr angetan. Besonders für Katzenliebhaber ist dieses Apparthotel ein absolutes Highlight – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. ​Was mir besonders gefallen hat: ​Personal: Das Team ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben. ​Sauberkeit: Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden, alles ist top gepflegt. ​Ausstattung: Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Von den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln über Badartikel bis hin zu Reiseadaptern ist alles vorhanden. Das spart viel Stress beim Packen! ​Extras: Ein toller Bonus sind die Strandstühle, die man sich unkompliziert ausleihen kann. ​Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sind die Betten leider etwas zu hart. Wer also einen sehr weichen Schlaf bevorzugt, sollte das eventuell einplanen. ​Fazit: Trotz der harten Matratzen ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich aufgrund der herzlichen Atmosphäre und der tollen Ausstattung definitiv weiterempfehle. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Excelente localização. Ao lado da Espanola way. Cama queen confortável. Chuveiro quente, funcionando bem. Hotel com estrutura antiga, muito bem conservado. Quarto com cozinha completa (fogão, micro-ondas, geladeira, louças). Ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo. Equipe de funcionárias simpáticas e prestativas. Tem guarda sol e cadeira de praia disponível no quarto. Não tem estacionamento. Existem estacionamentos pagos nas redondezas.

Location was perfect. The property and area felt very safe. Comfortable beds. Cats to pet in common area:) parking is a nightmare but pro tip: head to the parking ramp on the northeast corner of 16th and Drexel and ask for a deal for long term parking(we stayed for 4 nights). It saved me hundreds of dollars.

I stayed here for a week with friends and it ended up being the perfect spot for our trip. The location is hard to beat. We were able to walk to a ton of restaurants and the beach, which made everything really easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and never felt cramped, even with a group. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave made a big difference for a longer stay. It gave us flexibility instead of eating out for every meal. The staff was great throughout the entire stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to respond and super helpful. Overall, the place has a very comfortable, home-like feel rather than a typical hotel, which made the stay even better.

The property was absolutely amazing! Clean, the host was very attentive and friendly, amenities were perfect. I was nervous about booking at first but was comforted by the reviews I did read. The beds were comfortable, there was AC, the shower had great pressure and hot water, there were dishes to use, dish soap, towels, extra blankets, toiletries, etc. There was a common area downstairs that I walked through but did not use. There were a few cats roaming outside that were friendly and would only approach you if you engage. Yes you can hear some outside noise but this wasn't an issue (P.S. I live in a busy city). If you're a light sleeper or bothered by noise, do what you have to do to block it out (earbuds, etc.), but don't let that stop you from booking this amazing stay. Very accessible to many restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Adriana was such a lovely host! Clear instructions on location and how to check in, made things very easy as a first time visitor to the states. Room was huge and well equipped - beach chairs and towels, kettle, microwave, stove, iron, aircon and heating, throws and extra pillows, basically everything you could ask for. The lobby also contains a huge range of products to help yourself to. Super convenient location, very close to bars, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to everything we needed. Huge plus for us was the lovely cats living around the property. There is a lovely garden through the rear of the lobby where you may find one or two if you’re lucky. They are so sweet. Adriana herself was so so helpful, I had the pleasure of bumping into her twice during my stay and she was more than happy to help in any way she could. Overall a lovely stay by a lovely host in a lovely property. We would definitely return. Thanks Adriana!

Barcelona Studios is in a fantastic location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The beach is a few blocks away. We didn’t spend much time in the room because there is so much to do in Miami. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. Communication about our reservation was clear and timely. Love Adriana’s responsiveness.

The room is clean and spacious, and it even has a kitchenette! It’s great that the hotel is close to the restaurants on Espaniola Way, but it’s not in the noisy and busy area.
